The Night Optics USA is prepared to give hands-on training or product demonstrations upon request. Our trainers know our products from end-to-end, so there will never be any questions left unanswered.

We will send a member of our Training Department to your location for an on-site product demonstration! We are also in the process of developing a line of instructional videos to supplement our training program. An on-site demonstration can be instrumental in determining whether a specific device or devices will meet your requirements. It is imperative that the end user is confident using our product, and that the product itself meets all of their requirements.

Our team of experts will assist you in determining the problem and guide you through any issue you might have with a product. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached over the phone, our service center will request that the device be securely packaged and mailed to our facility for analysis. We will diagnose the issue and make contact with you to explain the problem and discuss your options. Our experienced technicians work quickly and efficiently to diagnose, resolve and ship your device back to you in a timely fashion.
